Penis-Enhancement-Viable-Solution-or-Scam

Penis size is a real concern among men—as well as some women. On the one hand some guys hear “Size doesn’t matter.”On the other hand, some guys hear “Size is only thing that matters.” Either way, penis size is how men judge themselves, and others, in the sexual pecking order.

Furthermore, a diminutive unit can have very real effects on the male ego and psyche. In fact, it is estimated that up to 90% erectile dysfunction is psychological. These can range from relationship problems or from performance anxiety due to a poor body image brought on by a small penis. However, there also some very real physical problems associated with penis size and its function. Certain diseases and conditions can restrict the growth and development of penile length or girth.

While there are many creams, ointments, gels, and pills on the market, a surgical procedure offers the only permanent solution for penile enhancement. There are many approaches to improving penis size. Generally, a thorough pre-operative consultation coupled with a physical examination will lay the groundwork for the best course of action. Enhancement surgery is designed for two things: length and girth. They can be performed separately or together as part of a total penile makeover.

One surgical technique is commonly known as a dermal implant. During a dermal implant, size can be increased by grafting fat cells from other parts of the body into the organ. Dermal implants can sometimes lead to aesthetic challenges as the size of head of the penis cannot be increased. Occasionally, the transplanted cells result in clumping, affecting the smooth look and feel of the penile shaft. Unless there are manifest therapeutic reasons, many Urologists will opt for a different procedure.

Lengthening surgeries include releasing the natural tension of the suspensory ligament, a tough bundle of fibers attaching the penis to the pelvis. The ligament is cut, thereby increasing length. Increasing girth is the function of a procedure called an allograft. The allograft was designed to replace the dermal implant; although the procedure is the same; the tissue donation is different. Instead of grafting patient fat cells, donor tissue is taken from a third party, usually a cadaver, in order to correct the problems inherent to the dermal version.

Penis enhancement surgery gets a bad time of it in the press. However, even critics admit that surgery really works. These procedures can help the millions of men who suffer from impotence or simply an undersized penis feel much better about themselves.
